We wanted to do our part to help out Blog bash and NRA Convention attendees while visiting our great state, so we've put together a restaurant and attraction finder.  We've gathered recommendations from other helpful local bloggers like Exurban League and Eseell, added in several of our own, and here is what we have come up with:

Instructions for Using the Finder
The default address is the Convention Center, but you can change the location to suit your needs.  If you don't need to change the address, just select the type of location in the drop down box, select distance, and click the "Find Things" button.  Hover over the icons on the map at the top, and you will see the name of the location.  Click on the location number to zoom the map to that location.

Scroll down under the map and you will find more detailed information about each location.  If you would like directions to a particular location, click on the "Get Directions" link for a map that is pre-populated with the location you are starting from.

You can also add your own comments and/or rate a location.

If we missed your favorite place, feel free to add it to the list.  In order to enter information, you will need your Department of Homeland Security Right Wing Extremist File ID number followed by the PIN number that Papa Rove gave out last night during the teleconference.

If you will be taking the choo-choo to get around, you can use the Valley Metro Light Rail station map to help with your travels.

The restaurants we have chosen to include are based on either our personal experiences, or fellow blogger's recommendations.  Your mileage may vary. We highly suggest that you contact the restaurants to confirm their hours and days of operation before visiting any of these locations.
